Credit Card Policy

A valid credit card authorization is required at check-in as a guarantee for Room & Tax and for incidental charges.

Credit cards must either be:

1. 1) swiped at check-in or
2. if card is not present, a signed credit card authorization form must on file before check in.

Credit cards must be accompanied by a valid ID in the card holder’s name.

If payment for Room & Tax has been provided, a credit card is required from the guest for Incidental charges, and must authorize in the amount of $20 per night.

Required Authorization Amount: At check-in we will authorize the full amount of the stay plus $20/day for incidentals. This authorization will be released at check out. It may, however, take several more days for your bank to release the authorization.

Debit Card Policy

If you are using a debit card, the authorization will show as a pending charge until released by your bank, which can take as long as 7-10 days. Funds will be unavailable until released.

For all local guests we hold a refundable fee of $250.

Cash/Checks

We do not accept cash or check for room payments. A credit/debit card is required.

Smoking Policy

This is a 100% smoke-free hotel. A non-refundable $250 charge will be applied to your card if signs of smoking are detected in the room. Smoking is not allowed within 25 feet of an entrance. Please use the areas with a bench and a smoking post.

ID Requirements

A valid ID is required at Check-in. Credit cards must be accompanied by a matching ID.

ID Requirements

Guests must be 21 years or older to rent a room. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on property, including guestrooms, fitness center, pool, and other public areas.
